Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and images of our bags. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Errors and Omissions: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. INTENDED PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Waterproof Limitations: Our products are designed to be water-resistant or waterproof according to the specific technical specifications listed on individual product pages (e.g., specific IPX ratings). It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that all closures, zippers, rolls, and seals are fully fastened, clean, and functioning properly before exposing the product to water or moisture.
Testing Requirement: We strongly recommend that users test the bag's seals with non-valuable items inside (such as paper towels) under submerged or wet conditions before trusting the product with expensive electronics or valuables.
Exclusion of Property Damage Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finca Ventures is not liable for any damage to, destruction of, or loss of personal electronics, equipment, data, or any other personal property placed inside our products. You use our bags to protect your property at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Finca Ventures, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
